The MVI-10 type IC appearance inspection device is highly expandable, compact (W660 x D1030 x H1700), and portable (only requiring 100V). It is a two-dimensional and three-dimensional inspection device for IC chips (CSP, WLCSP, BGA, QFP, etc.). It is a JEDEC single tray supply type that can perform automatic transport, inspection, and classification. The inspection unit can be equipped with either a two-dimensional or three-dimensional inspection unit as standard. Additionally, it has the capability to connect with other inspection devices to transfer and inspect workpieces.
